Our practice does see Covered California plans, but is not a contracted provider with all the Covered California Medical Plans, we are contracted with the major insurance companies/payors and Hills Physicians and John Muir Physician Networks.  

- If you are unsure please check with your insurance plan to determine the out of network coverage for your plan.  You will be responsible for any and all charges that are not paid by your plan.
